Below are some of the reasons why our pump is great for zinc applications.
 
We are marketing this Pump to the Zinc Industry and Hot Dip Galvanazing where we have had our greatest success. Most Galvanizers have Pickling Tanks and a need for our Plate Heaters.
 
LISTED FEATURES THAT ARE BENEFITS AND WHY
  1. Made of Graphite = This pump will not warp like stainless steel pumps and is treated with special resins for long life and reduced risk of thermoshock.
  2. The Shaft Cartridge = The shaft housing protects the shaft from added wear at the metal line.
  3. The Cartridge Assembly = Comes pre-aligned, and cemented reducing production down time and labor costs.
  4. Compact in Size = Makes this pump user friendly, easy to handle and store.
  5. The Safety Coupling = The Sheer Pin and Wire is a safety feature that can greatly reduce the possibility of breaking a shaft from something getting caught in the impeller. The Sheer pin will break and save the shaft. Just replace the pin and you are ready to go again.
  6. Start and Stop Ability = This pump can be turned off in the middle of a transfer and started up again without freezing and having to replace any parts.
  7. Safety Issues = This design with an enclosed shaft housing eliminates any splashing in the event of breakage.
  8. Various Sizes = We offer a wide selection of sizes that can tailor to the output you need or desire.
  9. Ceramic Lined Pipe = Will not freeze up or require special preheating when used properly.

Why High Temperature Systems, Inc.?

This Series is directed to the aluminum industry and for circulation applications only. We also offer a Vortex Gas Injection option and a Rotating Feature for all sizes of the Chipdog Series pumps. Note the Preheat Station can be combined with any pump.
  1. The Cartridge Assembly = Comes Pre-aligned and cemented reducing production down time and labor costs. Eliminating any chance of alignment error resulting in premature wear on parts and breakage.
  2. Campact Size = Overall more compact in size than pumps with comparable flow rate.
  3. Heat Shields = An insulated heat shield is secured under the motor mount plate for added protection to the Electric and Air Motors. For added life to your motor and reducing the amount of rebuilds or repairs.
  4. Open Style = Reduces the odds of the Penteller from jamming, allowing an easier passage for the alloy to go in and out of the base.
  5. Ceramic Sleeves = All the Posts and Sleeves come with Ceramic Sleeves for added protection from the Dross at the metal line and reduces the Oxidation Process for longer life.

Vortex Gas Injection: A special designed extension that utilizes a standard injection tube and injecton tube plug. The extension creates a vortex for greater disbursement of gas in the metal. Helping to remove the impurities in the bath floating them to the surface to be skimmed off.
 
Rotating Feature: Allows you to custom direct the discharge flow in the pump well to maximize the flow through the furnance.
