The benefits of using a High Temperature molten metal pump that uses a factory pre-aligned cartridge assembly are many.

- The need to maintain a trained workforce to properly rebuild is eliminated.

Our rebuild procedure is as follows:
- We inspect, report, and photograph the unit as it comes in. This becomes a permanent record for your pumps.
- We remove the existing posts and clean the base in an acid bath. This acid bath removes any metal remaining on the base.
- The base is examined again and additional photographs are made.
- The bearing rings are inspected to determine if replacement is necessary.
- New posts are aligned and cemented and the unit is placed in the bake out oven.
- Final inspection is performed and the assembly is photographed and then crated for the return to your plant.
